I implemented WebRTC for peer-to-peer video and audio connections, combined with Socket.IO for signaling and real-time messaging between users. The front-end was built using React, with a focus on performance and ease of use. The approach was to create a scalable, responsive application that could handle multiple users while maintaining high-quality video and audio streams.

A major challenge was ensuring stable, high-quality video connections across different network conditions. Maintaining low latency while scaling the app to support multiple users in a session also required careful optimization of the WebRTC infrastructure and efficient resource management.
